RASPBERRY CHIPOTLE BLACK BEAN DIP -
from Eat, Bitch & Wine - Just
Appetizers
3 C black beans, drained and mashed
1 red onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, pressed
1 - 8 oz pkg cream cheese |
3/4 jar raspberry chipotle sauce
1 pkg grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 T salt
1 T creole seasoning |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray Pam in a 7 x 11" baking
dish. Combine the beans, onion, garlic and seasonings.
Spread in the baking dish. Crumble the cream cheese and pour
the sauce on top. Top with the cheese. Bake 20 to 25
mins, until the cheese is melted. Serve with chips.Quote

SOUTHERN BOURBON MARINADE - from
Bitchin' and Grillin'
1 1/2 C water
1/4 C brown sugar
1 1/4 t worcestershire sauce |
1/4 C bourbon
3 t lemon juice
1 - 4 oz bottle soy sauce |
Mix everything together and pour over meat. Let stand in a
cool place for 5 hours. This is good on beef, pork or wild

RED APPLE MARTINI - from
Any Bitch Can Drink
1 oz vodka
1 oz sour apple liqueur
1 oz cranberry juice
apple slice for garnish |
Shake with ice and strain into a glass. Add the apple
